Code of Ethics.

We designed this code of ethics or practice statement as a collective of board members, staff and freelancers at the end of 2021. We intend to review it yearly and see it as a fluctuating idea of our practice.

We believe that art is of equal value if we are learning something from it or purely enjoying it.

We believe there is no wrong way to create.

We believe that everyone who interacts with us from a paid position to a volunteer, participants to collaborators deserve to be treated with the same level of respect.

Clifftop Projects will:

-       create a nurturing, fair and supporting environment

-       set an example of professionalism and excellence in community arts engagement.

-       promote a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and reflectiveness.

-       encourage creative thinking.

-       be inclusive and welcoming to all.

-       allow people to communicate their own experiences and listen to them rather than just hear.

-       empower others to create, express and perform.
